MONTENEGRO TOWER in collaboration with Arq. Diego Moscoso

2018-This is a project in La Paz, Bolivia it is a multi-functional building of seven floor and two basements, with commercial area, business offices and residential areas.

So, my partner and I decided to increase the sunlight and orientation rotating all the windows to the north, and that's how we get the morphology of our project, we design the architecture, estructure and installations (we did not do the calculation of structures), it is and confortable building were each area has it's own independence entry, the spaces in side are confortable and beautifully lighten by the large windows that are equally distributed for each area.
